4. Hair transplant have to be done in the surgery suite with strict aseptic technique
5. Anesthesia:

6. Doner harvesting:
   to remove the permanent hair from back of the scalp.
   Strip harvesting. Use the  follicular splitting technique so no damage  to hair root .

7. After the skin and hair root  is obtain from harvesting. Then is further refine under dissecting microscope . From scalp to Follicular Unit

8. Recipient area:

12. Next morning come back to the office for shampoo.
13. Some will have swelling of forehead for 2-7days.
14. The red dots of hair transplant or scab( dry blood from surgery) will fall of at about10 days -2weeks
15. 10 days come back to the office for stitches removal or use absorbable stitches no need to removed
16. A about 2-3 months  when the new hair start to grow you might have some cyst or acne like lesion on the transplant site.About 5% of the transplant site will develop into a cyst.The cyst will completely disappear after all the new hair is grow.Cyst is cause by 1.
